At bjewellers.com, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. While we ensure every product undergoes strict quality checks, we understand that receiving a damaged or incorrect item can be disappointing, and we're here to assist you.

Conditions for Return

  • Products are eligible for return or replacement only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Customers are strongly advised to record a video while unboxing the parcel. This serves as valid proof in case a damage claim is made.
  • Any return or replacement request must be reported within 2 days of product delivery.
  • Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • The unboxing video should be emailed to contact@bjewellers.com within 1 day of receiving the product for our Quality Assurance team to assess eligibility.

Return Process

  1. Send your unboxing video and order details to contact@bjewellers.com.
  2. Our Quality Assurance team will review your submission.
  3. If approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per your preference.
  4. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be free from scratches, damage, or tampering.

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

Please Note

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the item is used, altered, or damaged post-delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if it doesn't meet the above criteria.
  • Customized or engraved jewellery items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage during transit.
